Vanessa Redgrave comes from an artistic family; her mother, Rachel Kempson, was a well-known actress and her father, Sir Michael Redgrave, was a respected actor and director. Vanessa grew up in a creative environment and showed an early interest in the performing arts. She attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), where she further developed her acting skills.
